If you find yourself saying this on a regular basis, you need to rest! This sounds simple but many of us find it hard to “unwind” “to switch off” and just relax.

We are constantly on the go and readily fill our day with activity. However, If you really want to be productive and task efficient at work, then it is crucial that you take time during your day to refuel and allow your creative energy to surface. Spa and massages are excellent pampering sessions but they do not reach to the core of your stress problems.
